Olive Group (UK) Ltd is seeking an expatriate Mobile Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its security teams in Iraq. The role works a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation, with 12-hour shifts and an on-call requirement outside duty hours. The successful candidate will report to the Project Security Manager. Essential requirements: Native English speaker with at least six years' cumulative military or armed law enforcement service. At least two years' Iraq experience with an MOI-registered private security company. Current SIA licence and an internationally recognised military or security command and leadership course, such as the British Army Section Commanders Battle Course. Experience managing PSC operations and working in the oil and gas industry is desirable. The role includes oversight of APT teams, personnel and training standards, security plans and SOPs, incident response, communications, weapons accountability, and daily quality checks. Pay: USD day rate, discussed at interview. Start date: Start of January 2027.
