Hiring: Budgeting & Forecasting Analyst. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join the team at Karwanchi Group, Kirkuk. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - A Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role. - Strong experience in preparing and managing the Annual Budget for manufacturing or industrial companies. - Experience in preparing and analyzing Budget vs. Actual reports, preparing variance commentary, identifying root causes of variances, and recommending corrective actions. - Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets for Manufacturing Costs and G&A expenses, preferably in a complex industrial environment. - Experience in identifying key cost drivers, monitoring early warning indicators, and tracking financial variances. - Ability to prepare and monitor a 3-month rolling forecast and recalibrate assumptions based on operational developments. - Good knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build budget models, forecast models, analytical tools, and scenario models. - Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred. - Fluency in Arabic and English, with good command of financial and accounting terminology in English.
